I have finally decided that a little additional exercise is in order. I will be tracking my progress on the site FitDay. They have free online diet and exercise tracking programs, plus they allow me to have a public profile to keep me honest. So if you are interested you’ll be able to track my progress on my public journal. If anything it should keep me honest.
My goal is to lose about 40 pounds total. I am a plush 220 right now and would love to be around 180.
